Why can't I find a Group?
Check with the group organizer to make sure you have been added to the group. Also check to make sure the organizer used the correct email address.
Can I make other group members an Administrator of the group?
Click on the "Groups" tab in the app.
Scroll Down to find the group you wish to modify.
Click on the Edit button.
Click on the Members tab at the top of the screen.
Click on the three dots to the right of the member you wish to make an admin then click Make group administrator.

How do I create a new event?
Click on the "Groups" tab in the app.
Scroll Down to find the group you wish to use.
Click on the New Event button.
Enter the event details.
You can also create an event match by clicking the blue plus sign on the Matches line.
How do I cancel an event?
Find your event on the home screen and click Edit.
Click on the blue circle in the bottom right corner.
Click on Cancel Event.

I can't find my golf course?
Try searching for a single word from your club name. If you still can't find it please send a picture of the scorecard to support@doubleacegolf.com and we will add your course.

This does happen from time to time, simply send a picture of the current scorecard to support@doubleacegolf.com and we will promptly correct the data.
How do I find past events?
Find your event on the home screen and click Edit.
Click on the blue circle in the bottom right corner.
Click on Cancel Event.
Click on Yes, cancel to confirm.
Matches
How do I create an Event Match?
Event Matches are typically created during the event creation process
Click on the small blue circle next to the word Matches.
Then complete the match detail screen.
Click on Save when complete.
How do I create a Member Match?
Member Matches can be created in addition to the Event Match
Member matches are typically created for games within your foursome.
To create a Member Match, find the event on the home screen then click scoring.
Click on the Matches tab, then click on the blue circle in the section labeled Member Matches.
Add the Match Players and complete the match format then click save to complete.
How do I view the Match Leaderboards?
To view the match leaderboards find the event on the home screen then click on Scoring.
You may first need to confirm the players handicaps before proceeding.
Once player handicaps are confirmed, click on the Matches tab.
What Match games are available?
Double Ace Golf supports the following games: Stroke Play, Match Play, Stableford, Skins, Nassau, Spins, and Nines.
What options do I have to control the scoring for my match?
Match scoring is fully customizable.
You can use gross or net scoring, full handicaps or a reduced percentage.
You can select the number of players per team, and you can even customize the stableford values.
